CONGRESS DATES

  • Deadline for registration with abstract submission for any of the modalities: April 09, 2021;

​

  • Deadline for the information of the selected papers to be presented by the Scientific Comission of the Congress: April 15, 2021 ;

​

  • Deadline for registration for the event without paper submission: May 2, 2021 ;

​

  • Deadline for sending the material to be presented (PowerPoint, Prezzi, Poster, Videos, etc.): April 30, 2021 . An email will be sent, in a timely manner, to all speakers, with information on where to send the respective technical materials .

​

  • In the week before the event , a rehearsal will be scheduled to test the technical conditions of the presentation with all the speakers who will participate in the congress (the date will be communicated, via e-mail, in a timely manner, subject to the availability of the participants).

NOTE 1- REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS OTHER THAN PORTUGUESE:

  • Select the "país": Portugal;

  • Insert the following number on the "NIF" field: 999999991;

  • Insert the following number in the "código-postal" field: 1499-002

NOTE 2- AFTER SUBSCRIBING:

  • Confirm receipt of an email with the respective invoice for the registration fee;

  • Send an email to congressorpfmh21@gmail.com with proof of payment, so that the Organizing Committee inserts your data (name and email) in the database and in the future you will be sent the necessary information and links for the event.
